The insurance commissioner recently published Technical Assistance Advisory 2018-01, Implementation Credits as Illegal Inducement or Rebate. The advisory applies to all insurance companies and other regulated entities that conduct business in Washington state.
The Surplus Line Association of Washington will be discontinuing the mailing of paper statements in 2017. Electronic statements will be available beginning with the December statement. Click here for more information!
