Washington Filing Portal

The Washington Filing Portal provides Surplus Line Association of Washington member brokerages and their designated representatives with a secure, reliable way to electronically submit and review surplus lines policy data. We’re committed to making the filing process clear, secure, and straightforward.

The Washington Filing Portal serves as the only method for registering surplus line transactions in accordance with RCW 48.15 and WAC 284-15. If your brokerage is an active member of the Surplus Line Association of Washington, you can access the portal using your account credentials. If you are not a member, you will need to apply for membership to file transactions.

Members

Members can file transactions, review submissions, and access reports.

Non-Members

Join the Association to gain access to file surplus line transactions in the portal.

Ready to file?

The Washington Filing Portal offers two ways for members to submit policy information electronically.

Filing Individual Transactions
