2026 Membership Fees: Payment Due September 30

Invoices for the 2026 to 2027 membership term were sent out September 1. Payment is due by September 30. If your firm has not yet submitted payment, please do so before the deadline to keep your membership in good standing.

Fees can be paid by ePayments through the Washington Filing Portal. As of January 1, 2026, we no longer accept payment by physical check. If you have already submitted payment, no further action is needed.

This is also a good time to confirm that your billing and tax contact information is current in the Washington Filing Portal. Outdated contact details are the most common reason invoices go unpaid

If you have questions about your invoice, need help setting up ePayments, or need to update your account, our team is happy to help.
